The insurance agreed to have my car fixed but I needed to find a collision company to do my repairs. I went to 5 to 7 different collision repair company and felt it was hard to trust them with my "Baby" car. One shop I went had over 100 cars in it lot. I would have never got my car back. Other shop some weird man kept talking in circles and I have no clue where he was going with his conversation. And one other shop that I visited was putting Bondo on a truck driver’s door. Then I got lucky and stop at “United Collision” and spoked to the owner. His conversation was clear, he explained everything in details and answer every question that I had in mind. Within 2 weeks my car was fully repaired and I felt that I has a new car with all new parts. Amazing auto body shop! The work was done fast, professionaly and with constant communication and updates on the progress throughout the service. I am also thankful for the payment options that was avaialbe, which is rare to be given options to pay your deductable for service rendered. I highly recommend united collision! They not only did amazing work, but also go above and beyond to ensure customers concners are addressed. The added cherry was the wash and detail service!
